Fibre Upgrade
Terms and Conditions
10MATES is providing an opportunity to upgrade from Fibre To The Node or Fibre To The Curb to Fibre To The Premise.
The Terms and Conditions for this offer are as follows:
- The offer is applicable to current addresses using Fibre To The Node (FTTN) or Fibre To The Curb (FTTC) technology, as identified by NBNCo as eligible for an upgrade to Fibre To The Premise (FTTP).

- NBN will conduct a pre-scope evaluation before installation, during which they may determine the need for additional infrastructure, such as trenching or conduit. In such cases, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of any required extra infrastructure.

- For the new FTTP service to be connected, it’s necessary for someone aged over 18 to be present during all appointments. The initial appointment for pre-scope assessment will be arranged directly by NBN.
For current Fibre To The Node (FTTN) addresses, eligible plans are as follows for both residential and business customers:
Residential:

For current Fibre To The Curb (FTTC) addresses, eligible plans are as follows for both residential and business customers:
Residential:

Business:

  • 1000/400
For current Fibre To The Node (FTTN) addresses:
- The minimum eligible plan for residential addresses is a 100Mbps/20Mbps plan.

- The minimum eligible plan for business addresses is a 100Mbps/40Mbps plan.
For current Fibre To The Curb (FTTC) addresses:
- The minimum eligible plan for residential addresses is a 250Mbps/25Mbps plan.

- The minimum eligible plan for business addresses is a 250Mbps/100Mbps plan
The customer is required to maintain the service for a minimum duration of
one year. Failure to do so will result in a penalty fee of $300.
