10MATES Customer Satisfaction Survey Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
At 10MATES, we highly value your feedback. By participating in our Customer Satisfaction Survey (“Survey”), you contribute to enhancing our services for everyone. We appreciate your time and insights, which help us better serve you and our community.
2. Eligibility
To participate in the Survey, you must: • Customer Status: Be a past or present customer of 10MATES.
• Account Standing: Have no outstanding invoices with 10MATES.
• Dispute Status: Have no unresolved grievances or disputes filed against 10MATES.
• Regulatory Filings: Have no active filings with the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman (TIO) related to 10MATES.
• Survey Completion: Complete all questions in the Survey in full.
3. Survey Participation
• Voluntary Participation: Participation in the Survey is entirely voluntary and free of charge.
• Frequency of Participation: Each participant is permitted to complete the Survey only once within a 12-month period.
• Accurate Information: Participants must provide accurate and truthful information in their Survey responses.
• Entry Methods: Participants can enter the Survey by:
• Email: Responding to the Survey invitation via email.
• Phone: Participating in a call interview conducted by 10MATES.
4. Incentive Details
• Annual Incentive Pool: A total of $1,200 is allocated annually for Survey incentives.
• Monthly Incentive: Each month, one participant will be randomly selected to receive a $100 incentive.
• Maximum Incentive per Participant: An individual can receive a maximum of $100 in incentives within a 12-month period.
• Prize Description: The $100 incentive will be provided as an electronic funds transfer to the winner’s nominated bank account.
5. Selection Process
• Random Draw: The monthly recipient will be chosen through a random draw from eligible participants who completed the Survey in that month.
• Draw Schedule: The draw will be conducted on the 15th day of each month or the next business day if the 15th falls on a weekend or public holiday.
• Draw Methodology: The draw will be conducted using a computer-generated random selection process to ensure fairness.
6. Notification and Prize Claim
• Winner Notification: The selected participant will be notified via the email address or phone number provided in the Survey within seven (7) days of the draw.
• Response Requirement: The selected participant must respond to the notification within fourteen (14) days to claim the incentive.
• Prize Claim Process: Winners will be required to provide their bank account details for the electronic funds transfer.
• Unclaimed Prizes: If a prize remains unclaimed after fourteen (14) days, 10MATES reserves the right to conduct a redraw or forfeit the prize at its discretion.
7. Privacy
• Data Collection: Personal information collected during the Survey will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Survey and providing the incentive.
• Data Usage: Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at [Privacy Policy URL].
• Data Security: We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
• Consent: By participating in the Survey, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
8. General Conditions
• Modification or Termination: 10MATES reserves the right to modify or terminate the Survey at any time without prior notice.
• Disqualification: 10MATES reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent or unethical behavior.
• Liability Release: By participating, you agree to release 10MATES from any liability arising from participation in the Survey or receipt of the incentive, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Survey will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

Legal Compliance
This Survey is conducted in accordance with Australian laws and regulations. As the incentive is awarded based on a random draw, it is considered a trade promotion lottery. In Victoria, where 10MATES operates, a permit is not required for trade promotion lotteries; however, the promotion must comply with the conditions set out in the Gambling Regulation Act 2003 and Gambling Regulations 2015.
Participants are advised to review the Terms carefully and ensure they meet all eligibility criteria before participating in the Survey.
