Promotion Description
This promotion is managed and operated by Infrared Group trading as 10MATES, based in Victoria, Australia. One subscriber to our NBN internet service will be selected to receive their current subscription plan free of charge for one year.
Entry Eligibility
Entry is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years and over who are active subscribers of 10MATES’s NBN internet service, are in an active 12-month contract as of August 31st, and have opted into our direct debit services provided by GoCardless, with the exception of residents of the Australian Capital Territory (ACT). Employees of Infrared Group and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Promotion Period
The promotion commences on August 1 at 00:01 AEST and concludes on August 31 at 23:59 AEST.
How to Enter
Entrants must be active subscribers of 10MATES’s NBN internet service, in an active 12-month contract, and opted into our direct debit services provided by GoCardless by the end of the promotional period to be automatically entered into the draw.
Selection and Notification of Winner
The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on September 1. The winner will be notified via email within 5 business days of the draw.
Prize
The winner will receive one year of their current NBN connection service from 10MATES free of charge, with a maximum value of $1560. The free service is restricted to the winner’s registered address at the time of the draw and cannot be transferred to another address. The prize is strictly limited to the winner’s current subscription plan and cannot be upgraded. This prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

By entering the promotion, you consent to 10MATES collecting and using your personal information for the purpose of conducting this promotion.
Disputes
Any dispute arising from this promotion will be resolved according to the laws of Victoria, Australia.
